A study by the department of education have found children are increasingly depressed and unstable. With one in 10 Victorian kids found to have mental issues such as anxiety and or behavioural problems.
Stress can come from many directions and children are extremely sensitive to their surroundings and the environment at large. Some kids will be effected more than other kids all children are sensitive to their environment but some are more so or even super sensitive. This sensitivity can be a be a source of emotional and physical tension that can create a range of behavioural, concentration and learning difficulties.
According to the creator and founder of Intelligence Integration program Dr Moshe Elbaum the entire human communication system is directly and inextricably related to the quality of the functioning of the sensory system.
When the sensory system functions well, it is easier for the individual to develop good communication skills and better awareness of himself and his surroundings.
When the sensory system functions well, it can modulate itself easily and efficient sensory modulation is supposed to happen automatically within the brain to prevent a breakdown of or disturbance in overall functioning.
Hypersensitivity is a fairly common condition that indicates that the normal sensory modulation mechanisms cannot modulate or are not modulating the senses properly. Hypersensitivity can infringe on the sufferer’s mental and even physical boundaries, which can lead to sensations of threat and confusion, causing difficulties in comprehension or communication with others. Hypersensitivity can also affect one’s self-esteem, his or her level of self-awareness, and his or her overall life quality.
Treating this naturally
By practicing and mastering the Intelligence Integration specialized exercise program, thus improving communication between the brain’s hemisphere’s. Combining daily grey meditation practice, created and developed by Dr Moshe Elbaum.
The meditation was developed to aid children and adults to modulate their sensory system thus improving their quality of life. It is unique to the Intelligence Integration training program.
When practicing the Meditation, changes take place on the level of neural networks. This development enables a change in the ways the senses function. People of all ages have had success with this technique.
Gray meditation practice is simple enough that one can begin as early as five years of age. The most important part is the daily practice.
In order to understand how the Gray Meditation works, it is necessary to recognize the following:
- Everything that exists has a material reality.
- Energy exists, and therefore the energy material can be used to influence other materials (even it is hard to see, feel, or measure).
- Every material—including colour—has a specific wavelength that can influence other wavelengths.
- Imagination and meditation are materials that exist within the cognitive and energetic possibilities. These are materials with a range of wavelengths; with the appropriate use, they can affect other materials.
- Meditation can affect our world of thinking and feeling, our body and our brain.
